We don't give attention to our eating habits unless we suffer from something. from then we try to improve lifestyle and but we gradually quit because it is hard to stay motivated . Only few stay consistent with their diet and stay mindful of what they eat. We eat either too much or we eat less than required. i'm gonna share with you few tips which helps you to eat healthy without following any fancy diet plans and all. personally for me diet nothing but eating healthy. we don't need to plan or get motivated to make few changes in our eating habits. yes of course some sort of efforts are definitely needed to change few habits. Habits which ruin our health Eating late in the night with our work schedules we may be habituated for eating late in the night. even though when eat early, we crave for something late in the night. we should not eat atleast 3 hours before sleep. if you feel hungry having snacks nuts like pistachios cashews or seeds are better options for late nights....
