                          WHEN TO TAKE MEDICINES ?


These days everyone are over abusing medicines for simple alteration in health. People have stopped waiting before they take any medication for their simple illnesses like cold, acid reflux , headaches , stomach ache  etc because of their busy schedules, they can't postpone their work and they want to finish their work by hook or crook so they ultimately depend on pills. 

From the above para i'm not miss guiding anyone to wait until the situation gets worse. But i'm asking everyone to give a thought to their health condition whether they need medicine or not and more importantly one should definitely try to find out the cause behind their and must never repeat the same mistake again to avoid few illnesses.

Everyone knows that not every pain or simple sickness doesn't require medicine. Every alteration in health doesn't require medication because many illnesses come from alteration in diet and regimen. They are called INDISPOSITIONS. Indispositions are slight alteration in the state of health due to change in diet and regimen. 

For example you end up with headache when you skip your meals, for some people the headache will persist even after having food.You will have constipation when you don't have sufficient amount of water.You end up with neck pain with constant strain on neck while continuously working on laptop. You get dehydrated on sunny days or your urine burns when you consume less amount of water.



        These are not diseases. These are not illnesses which are to be treated with medications in most of the cases. when these illnesses are neglected and taken as common things by not rectifying your mistakes like you don't try to find out cause or even though you know the cause you don't take any action to correct it or taking continuous medication for the same problem, these small illnesses ultimately become the chronic diseases which has to be treated with more caution and powerful medicines.

Our body has it's own healing system. it's only a matter of time, our body will heal itself. These kind of conditions are not the real diseases. These are indispositions. The one thing you have to do is rectify the mistakes you have done previously and your health gets restored easily.

For example burning in urine because of not having sufficient water. Becoming conscious about this habit of yours and you start having more water will keep you away from that condition to reoccur again. taking antacids for heartburn on regular basis, taking laxatives for constipation from years together.

And yeah taking medicines which are prescribed by physicians is more advisable for anyone and for any form of illness. Many people use over the counter medicines and make their condition even worse. when you consult a physician they may shower you with many questions sometimes you think that they make no sense at all, they ask that questions just to get some information about body type , your childhood etc which may indirectly connect to your illness.    

But not realising your mistakes in diet or regimen and not trying to find out the root cause of your illness ,on top of that taking medicines for these illnesses make your body more fragile. When you don't correct your diet and regimen that condition becomes a real chronic disease. 

          Many chronic disease will start from simple small alterations in your lifestyle. You never get diagnosed with diseases all of a sudden, diseases are present in our body since birth, symptoms only show up when triggered with perverted lifestyle changes. Even diseases like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, arthritis etc. Our body tries to fight the foreign bodies and compensate the deficiencies, at certain point our body exhausts and gives up ,then the symptoms starts showing up to the patients. So maintaining healthy lifestyle is more important than poping up the pills.

We don't give attention to our eating habits unless we suffer from something. from then we try to improve lifestyle and but we gradually quit because it is hard to stay motivated . Only few stay consistent with their diet and stay mindful of what they eat. We eat either too much or we eat less than required.  i'm gonna share with you few tips which helps you to eat healthy without following any fancy diet plans and all. personally for me diet nothing but eating healthy. we don't need to plan or get motivated to make few changes in our eating habits. yes of course some sort of efforts are definitely needed to change few habits. Habits which ruin our health Eating late in the night with our work schedules we may be habituated for eating late in the night. even though when eat early, we crave for something late in the night. we should not eat atleast 3 hours before sleep. if you feel hungry having snacks nuts like pistachios cashews or seeds are better options for late nights....
