As humans it's quite common to have emotions and we also have liberty of experiencing and expressing them. It's common to have any emotion. But the problem is having too much of them. Too much of anything is not good for our body. So stress, anxiety are negative emotions, it's okay to have them as we are humans. But overwhelming with these kind of emotions will disturb our harmony both mentally and physically. They will numb our thinking capability.
