HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT DIETING

 


Obesity is the rising concern in developed countries and urban areas. Obesity is the main reason for many non - communicable epidemic diseases like cardiac arrest, diabetes, hypertension, osteoarthritis in knees,hips etc.

 Gaining and losing weight depends on the body nature. Some people easily gains weight even though they eat very less. Few won't gain weight easily even though they eat heavily.

So few things are meant to be followed to lose weight and maintain healthy life style.



Balanced food 

Your plate should look colourful. Proteins , carbs and fiber should be present in a meal to consider it wholesome or balanced meal. 

Portion control

Whenever you like to eat some sweets or any junk food , have them in very less quantity or share it with anyone. When you have something like that try to add something healthy to your food like a fruit or some nuts.

Water 

Have water thirty minutes before meals , two hours after meals. Avoid having water in between meals. If necessary have few sips. 

Never neglect water consumption. Have atleast 3 litres of water everyday.

Conscious eating 

Avoid watching TV  and using phone while eating.  Appreciate the food while eating. By this you will not overeat and you will have track of what and how much you are eating.

How much to eat and when to stop

You should eat 3/4th of your stomach and keep the 1/4 th of your stomach empty for easy digestion. This way you don't feel heavy and drowsy soon after eating.

Timings 

Having meals in proper time is more important.

Never skip meals. Have meals at correct time.

Avoid late night eating habits. 

Late night food 

Try to avoid food after 9 pm. Have early dinners of it is before 7pm that is much better. Adjust your routine according to your lifestyle. Have healthy snacks in the night if you feel hungry. Have pistachios or cashews something like that.

Avoid junk and sugary foods 

These foods doesn't give you any additional nutrients. They give you too much of bad cholesterol . Consumption of these foods give you unnecessary glucose spikes and makes you lethargic and weary. They also give you acne , acidity and many.

Eat seasonal and local food 

Buy seasonal fruits and vegetables which are local in your area. Eat fresh food, try to store less in refrigerators. Avoid packaged and processed food.

Physical movement 

Physical movement is more important for our body. Do your works by yourself. Don't depend on anyone for your works. Prefer walking if the destination is in walkable distance. if you are lazy being physically active will make you cheerful all day. Try to walk after every meal atleast for few minutes. If you are more interested in physical activity Include yoga , exercises, jogging or walking in your daily routine. 

All these tips are not only just for losing weight but it is also and healthy and balanced lifestyle you should get used to to live a happy and healthy life.

Connect with people

Connecting with people you love will help you feel relaxed and happy. For any change you want in your body physically, you should have some change in your mental and emotional level. When you are happy emotionally the efforts you put doubles and the results you get also enhances in the process. So staying happy from within is more important.

We don't give attention to our eating habits unless we suffer from something. from then we try to improve lifestyle and but we gradually quit because it is hard to stay motivated . Only few stay consistent with their diet and stay mindful of what they eat.
