These days problems related to gut has become more. Everyone are facing one or the other problem related to gut. symptoms like acne , anxiety are directly related to food you eat and your gut.
Many times you experience symptoms like bloating, indigestion, constipation, sour eructations , diarrhoea and more. All these symptoms are experienced by everyone atleast once in their lifetime. But the problem is when they persist for longer durations and make your day to day life difficult.
What you should do when you have symptoms like these and suffering from leaky gut or irritable bowel syndrome. The first thing comes to your mind is food you eat. Yes whatever happens in your body has directly something to do with your food you eat.
Everyone's body is different, everyone's nutrition requirement from the food they eat is different. Some are allergic or intolerant to some kind of food.
So here I'm gonna give simple tips to heal your gut .
Water soon after waking up
Have water soon after you wake up. You can add any flavour to your water with things like cumin seeds,fennel seeds,mint , tulsi , cinnamon etc these things will also help your gut in healing.
Healthy food
Eat food which is not processed. Eat food which is cooked at home. This will definitely will save you lots money and also gives you good health.
Dieting is nothing but eating healthy and not overdoing or under doing anything else.
Eat more greens and add plenty of vegetables and grains to your plate.
Probiotics
Include fermented foods like dosa idli yogurt or curd kimchi temph pickled vegetables into your diet in any way. They increase and boost the good bacteria in your gut. They also help in clearing acne on your face.
Citrus foods
Citrus foods are acidic in nature so never have them in empty stomach or when you are feeling hungry. You may not feel anything now but in long run they will cause bloating acidity and all.
Pulses
Pulses cause bloating and discomfort in stomach so when you eat pulses in empty stomach or when you are hungry avoid them when you want to eat them eat some vegetables or fruits before eating them.
Gluten rich food
Some have gluten intolerance. With this they will have indigestion bloating diarrhoea soon after eating. So avoiding gluten rich food like wheat rye barley will avoid you falling sick.
Dairy products
Few have lactose intolerance so they can't have milk and milk products. Avoid milk products if you are feeling uncomfortable after eating dairy products.
Trial and error
If you are unaware of what type of food suits your body and which food has to be avoided. Then include one item in your daily routine and see if you can find any changes in your body in the same way exclude an item from your food and see if you feel better than before . Maintain a diary and write what you had that day and analyse next day . By doing this you will soon know what to eat and what to avoid. This will work any disease like eczema psoriasis asthma ( few foods make asthma worse) arthritis.
Protein
Add atleast one type of pluse to your plate in every meal if you are a vegetarian.

Eat probiotics atleast in one meal or every other day.
Try to balance your meals from morning to night.
Eat different kinds of vegetables and fruits every week. As you include different kind of vegetable or fruit in your diet a different kind of good bacteria develops in your gut.
Eat seasonal food. India is a tropical country. You will get different produce every season.
You don't need to go exotic. Buy local food and eat local food , they are sufficient to give you the nutrition your body requires as you and your food is born the same soil.
Have plenty of water
Body movement is important for healthy gut.
Avoid junk and sugary foods.
