Hydration
Hydration is important in any season. Hydrate yourself from inside. Have plenty of water even in winters. You may not feel thirsty in winters but your body needs hydration in any season.
Omega 3 rich food
Foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids will nourish your body from inside. Omega 3 is not only good for skin but also your brain.
Warm water baths
Taking bath with hot water will dry your skin instantly. Sometimes it may irritate your skin and cause itching. So having bath with lukewarm water is the best thing to do in winters.
Scrub
Dry brushing or using body scrub will remove dead skin cells. This makes your skin glow and makes your skin absorption even better.
Gentle cleanser
Use a gentle cleanser which is not acidic. If the cleanser is acidic ,it will dry your skin in no time. So using a gentle cleanser is more important.
Moisturize
Apply moisturizer soon after taking bath. Applying moisturizer when your body is little wet and not completely dry will give you more benefits than applying moisturizer on your dry skin.
Massage
Massage your skin with good oil once a week. This makes your skin soft and moisturises skin well.
